We operate in trying to mimic a college program where spring is super important.  Missing spring is really going to be a detriment, especially to our younger players. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

I think we’ll have to add things in as we go, whereas we would be prepared for that before our first game.
@CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

It’s going to be a lot like a freshman season where you get the kids for three of four weeks and then the season starts. Just in our case we’ll probably be playing a game as opposed to starting a fall camp. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

We’ll all be on an even playing field in terms of time to prep. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

Instead of using a whiteboard, now we use a PowerPoint with animation which gears into more of the gaming that kids are used to. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

The ease of creating playlists, making video and cutting up film has changed. That’s changed tremendously. That event alone has saved us a ton of time and allowed us to do more work. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit
You can’t have a Zoom meeting with 135 kids. It’s impossible. We try to break it up positionally and check in and say,  "Hi"  by position. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

What’s tough is to sit there and speculate. Is it going to be an August start-up? Is it going to be a January start-up? @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

The key is to kind of think about what the most important thing is.  It is what your kids are going to know and then have them ready to go on the field. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

That’s what our focus has been in our meetings is just to get ready so when we get on the field we are ready to plug and play. We can go right into stuff as a team. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

The goal is to, whenever we get clearance, get ready to plug in and play. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit

You shouldn’t be punished if you’re a good team to miss a playoff opportunity. @CenTenFootball @LIOVirtualAthleticSummit
